She’s trained to assess, diagnose, and deliver medication management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions — including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and personality disorders — and coordinates therapy referrals when that’s the right fit.

Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. As a PMHNP, Janae is trained and licensed to assess, diagnose, and prescribe psychiatric medications, including controlled substances when clinically appropriate — along with ongoing follow-up and adjustments.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes — Janae offers secure video telehealth for established and eligible new patients anywhere in California. Many patients do a mix of telehealth and in-person visits.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. We accept most major plans. See our full insurance list. If we’re out-of-network, many PPO plans still reimburse a portion of the visit.
